"Tangerine Total"
Rules ~
- The lottery, to be known as "Tangerine Total", with be run within the rules of current legislation under a license held with North Dorset District Council.
- The weekly entry fee will be £1 per entry.
- Entrants must be aged 16years or older.
- The entrant will choose a number between 21 (1+2+3+4+5+6) and 279 (49+48+47+46+45+44) inclusive.
- The winner(s) will be the person(s) whose number matches exactly the sum of the six Lotto numbers in the National Lottery on a Saturday evening. The winner(s) will receive 50% of the income, less expenses, for that week.
[ Expenses being those expenses solely attributable to the "Tangerine Total", i.e. postage, printing, advertising, etc. ]
- If no person(s) has an exact match then half of the prize fund, 25% of the income after expenses, will be paid to the nearest number holder(s) ["higher" & "lower"], the remaining 25% "rolling over" to await an exact match before being paid out.
- The entry fee is only payable by a standing order payment of £4 every 4 weeks using the entry pro forma. The payment to be made on a Monday to a dedicated bank account managed by the club committee requiring two signatures for all payments.
- A weekly bank statement, produced on a Wednesday, will be used to establish who has made a valid entry, the size of the prize fund, and as soon after the Saturday National lottery as practical, the winner(s).
- The results will be published on a dedicated webpage on the football club website.
